Lancelot is the PRISE Communications and Knowledge Mangement Officer for Senegal and Burkina Faso with Innovation Environnement et Développement en Afrique (IED Afrique). He is also involved in research activities for Research Area 2: ‘Migration, remittances, adaptation and resilience in arid and semi-arid regions of Senegal and Tajikistan’, Research Area 4: ‘Enabling environment for private sector/multi-stakeholder action to strengthen resilience to climate change’, Research Area 6 – Part 1: Cross-boundary multi-scale governance of semi-arid lands: Implications for climate resilience and economic development’ and is the regional Monitoring and Evaluation focal point for the project.
He previously worked as a Communication and Knowledge Management Officer in the project Sharing Skills, Sharing Lessons, which was funded by IFAD. In this role, he focused on providing support to IFAD funded projects in West and Central Africa to develop and implement innovative communication processes for effective knowledge management. He has also completed an internship in Fundraising at IED Afrique.
Lancelot has a Diploma of Advance Studies in Political Science and a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation.
